The bloody conflict has started once again in Afghanistan. The Taliban have surrounded the Paradhe Valley in the Panjshir region of Afghanistan. In some media reports, local sources are being quoted as saying that the Taliban have also arrested some local people here.

It is being told that the fighting between the Taliban and the local people of Panjshir started from 7 February. Since then this fight has continued. The fighting started when a Taliban vehicle fell victim to a mine explosion. Let us tell you that in August last year, the Taliban captured Kabul and since then the command of Afghanistan is in the hands of the Taliban.

A recent UN Secretary-General's report claimed that there is no indication that the Taliban is taking steps to limit the activities of foreign terrorist fighters in the country. In contrast, member states are concerned that terrorists are enjoying far greater freedoms in recent history.

The report states that the terrorist group Islamic State aims to establish itself as a "main counterintelligence force" in Afghanistan and to spread its influence to countries in Central and South Asia, and that the Taliban is also one of its primary forces. Sees as an armed threat.

The 14th Secretary-General's report, based on the threat posed by Islamic State to international peace and security and the UN's cooperation to member states to counter this threat, underlined that on 15 August Kabul The security scenario of Afghanistan has completely changed after the capture of Taliban.
